Yes! You can upgrade to Premium+ at any time from your account dashboard. Your account will be upgraded immediately.
Your account automatically reverts back to a Basic membership. You'll still have access to all of the free Basic content, but you'll lose access to community features, the Verified Therapist Network, direct messaging, your 20% discount, and your ad-free experience. You can purchase a new Premium+ membership at any time to get your full access back.
We do not offer refunds on Premium+ memberships due to the digital nature of the product and the benefits being delivered immediately upon purchase. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.
There's nothing to cancel! Your Premium+ membership runs for the full 12 months and then automatically reverts to Basic when it expires.
If you want to remove your account from the website entirely, you can delete your account permanently from your account settings.
Premium+ includes free access to the 2026 Sensory Journey Summit. Future summits are not automatically included, but Premium+ members will receive a 20% discount on the cost of future summits, just like they do with CE courses and printables.
Your 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in as a Premium+ member. It applies to all printables and CE courses in the Think Sensory shop.
You can join the Verified Therapist Network by visiting our Get Verified page and submitting your credentials for verification.
A Premium+ membership is required to access the Verified Therapist Network.
Once you've created your Premium+ account, you can access the community directly from the main menu on the website. You'll be able to browse discussions, post, and send direct messages right away.
Nope! If you purchased a 2026 Sensory Journey Summit All-Access Pass, you were automatically given a Premium+ membership for the year as a bonus perk.
You don't need to purchase anything else, and you won't be auto-charged for a membership when it expires.
No, Think Sensory accounts are for individual use only.
