Five Finger Breathing Activity
Five-Finger Breathing is a simple yet effective technique that helps children regulate their emotions through deep, controlled breathing. By tracing their fingers while inhaling and exhaling, they engage their sense of touch, making it easier to stay focused on their breath.
This activity can be done anywhere, anytime, without any materials—just two hands! It’s a great co-regulation tool.
