Accessibility Policy
Our Commitment
Think Sensory is committed to ensuring that our website and online learning environment are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to education and community should not be limited by disability, and that commitment is central to who we are as an organization.
This policy covers accessibility for our public website and for all CEU-eligible professional development activities offered through Think Sensory.
Website Accessibility
Think Sensory’s website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some areas of the website do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working toward full compliance and conduct ongoing reviews to identify and address accessibility barriers.
If you encounter any difficulty accessing content on our website, please contact us and we will make every effort to provide the information you need in an accessible format.

Accessibility for CEU-Eligible Professional Development Activities
All CEU-eligible professional development activities offered through Think Sensory are delivered in a self-paced, online format through our learning management system (LMS). Think Sensory is committed to ensuring that these activities are accessible to all learners.
Content and Platform Standards
The following standards apply to all CEU-eligible activities:
- All recorded video content includes closed captions and transcripts.
- All images and visual elements within course materials are required to include descriptive alternative text. This requirement is reviewed by the CE Administrator as part of the course production approval process before any course is made available to learners.
- Think Sensory’s LMS (LearnDash) is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. LearnDash has completed an external accessibility audit and published a Product Accessibility Conformance Report. Think Sensory does not use quiz question types that LearnDash has identified as incompatible with screen readers or keyboard-only navigation.
- ADA compliance for our LMS implementation also depends on theme selection and plugin configuration. Think Sensory maintains accessible theme and plugin settings and reviews these as part of ongoing platform management.
Accommodation Requests
Information for submitting an accommodation request is provided on every CEU-eligible course page so that learners can identify accessibility needs before registering or purchasing a course.
Learners who require an accommodation may submit a request through the accommodation request form, or by emailing support@thinksensory.com
Learners are not required to disclose a diagnosis or any personal health information in order to request an accommodation.
Think Sensory is committed to providing reasonable accommodations that support equitable access to course content. Accommodations are intended to remove barriers to learning and do not alter the learning outcomes or completion requirements of any course.
All accommodation requests are reviewed by the CE Administrator. Learners can typically expect a response within 3–5 business days. We may follow up for additional information if needed in order to determine an appropriate accommodation.
