These are the slides from Karla Pretorius's session. She tells her own story, from a sensitive childhood in Kempton Park, South Africa, through years of masking and moving between countries, to understanding her PDA profile in Portugal. Along the way she covers the internalizing, externalizing, and combined types of PDA, the kinds of demands that set them off, what she needs now to live authentically, and a note to the people who love PDAers.
