Frequently Asked Questions

If I purchase an All Access Pass, when do I get access?

Sessions labeled Early Access are available to watch immediately. The rest become available on November 16, 2026, and every session includes 12 months of replay access.

How does the daily schedule work for free attendees?

During the free live event (November 16 to 19, 2026), a new set of sessions unlocks each day and is available for 24 hours only.

With the All Access Pass, you skip all that and can watch everything on your own schedule.

What time are the sessions available?

Sessions unlock daily at midnight Eastern Time. Each day features 5 sessions, and they remain open and available on demand until 11:59 PM Eastern Time that same day, so you'll have a full 24-hour window to watch each day's sessions at whatever time suits you.

What time zone is the summit?

All times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and each day's sessions are available for 24 hours during the free event.

There is no scheduled time for any specific video. You can tune in and watch on demand at any point during that 24-hour window.

Is this a subscription?

No auto-renewal! This is a one-time payment for 12 months of access to the summit recordings.

I purchased premium access to the summit but don't seem to have it.

First, make sure you are logged in, and that you are logged into the correct account. This usually happens when you registered with a different email address than the one you used to purchase.

Check which email you used to buy your pass, and if you still do not see your access, email us at [email protected] and we will get it sorted out.

Can I share my access with colleagues?

Each All Access Pass is for individual use. For group or team purchases, please email us at [email protected] for a group discount.

How do I get CEU documentation?

CEU documentation comes with the All Access Pass, which includes a Certificate of Completion listing your contact hours.

How many contact hours will I receive?

We are still recording sessions, so the final number of hours is being finalized and will be confirmed before the summit.

What type of CEUs are offered?

These are general CEUs. The certificate documents completion of a professional development activity that meets PD standards, but it has not been submitted to or approved by a specific accrediting body like AOTA.

Will these CEUs count toward my requirements?

Whether general CEUs count toward your requirements depends on your licensing board or employer. We recommend checking with them to confirm they accept general CEU certificates.
